Our Appointment Policy
Smile Artistry provides appropriate, planned dental care to its patients.
"We want to respect your time because we know you are busy, and so are our Dentists"
So our Staff are not calling you before all of your Appointments, we use an Automated Appointment Reminder System to remind you via email or sms before each appointment. You will be able to confirm your appointment with a simple click to reminder emails. It is your responsibility to inform our practice if you will not be able to attend an appointment as you will be charged for appointments you do not attend.
We do not accept changing of appointments or cancelling of appointments via email or sms.
To offer the most suitable appointment times to all of our patients, all appointments are considered confirmed three (3) business days before your appointment.
A 'Change of Appointment Fee' or 'Missed Appointment Fee' will be charged if less than three (3) business days notice is given before your appointments.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated in writing by Smile Artistry.
