Our Appointment Policy

Smile Artistry provides appropriate, planned dental care to its patients.  

"Our Dentists are busy and we recognise you are busy too."

So our Staff are not calling you before all of your Appointments, we use the Smile Reminder System which will remind you via email and sms before each appointment.  You will be able to confirm your appointment with a simple reply.  It is your responsibility to inform our practice if you will not be able to attend an appointment.  You can request to not receive Appointment Reminders, but appointments not attended without warning will incur a 'Missed Appointment Fee.'

We do not accept changing of appointments or cancelling of appointments via email or sms.

To offer the most suitable appointment times to all of our patients, all appointments are considered confirmed three (3) business days before your appointment.

A 'Change of Appointment Fee' or 'Missed Appointment Fee' will be charged if less than three (3) business days notice is given before your appointments.

Our Reception Staff can give you a 'reminder call' two days before your appointment if requested.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise scheduled.
