Costs in General
We participate with all health fund providers in Australia. We believe our costs and prices are very competitive in the Brisbane dental market, and we believe you will not find a more appropriate fee for a high quality service.

We understand that you may like to first discuss your specific concerns before having a full examination. In these instances it is best to request a Consultation Appointment and our dentists will spend approximately 40 minutes with you discussing your concerns and examining the options with you. A consultation costs $97.
New Patient Exams
In paying for general dental care we recognise that most of our patients use health funds. To assist with this we have hicaps terminals to process your health fund claim on the spot. To spend the appropriate time with our patients, and to provide a high level of quality and service there is a gap between the rebate from your health fund and the cost of our service, and we require payment for this gap difference at the time of your treatment.
Making Payments
We accept payment in Hicaps, EFTPOS, Cash, and Major Credit Cards. Cheques and Direct Electronic Bank Transfers are also accepted as long as these payments are submitted and cleared before the treatment appointments (usually three to four days prior).
Payment Plans
Payment Plans are available for selected Patients with interest free periods from 3 to 12 months. This service is supplied by Care Credit and is subject to approval.
