The Dentist check-up and cleaning of your mouth is a very important aspect of total mouth health.

During your check-up your Dental Hygienist will be assisting the Dentist by cleaning your teeth, taking any required x-rays and advising you on your home care. Your Hygienist can take impressions for whitening and mouth-guards.

Digital X-Rays

Digital X-Rays have a higher resolution than traditional film x-rays, and also have a greater than 400% reduction in radiation in comparison to older film based x-rays.

Computerised Bacteria Testing

By measuring the levels of decay-forming bacteria in your mouth, our Hygienists can determine the likelihood of decay forming in your mouth.

Magnification

By using magnification, our team is able to view your teeth at up to 5 times larger than life-size and ensure nothing is missed.
