This Businessman had a wobbly baby tooth which had been continually bonded to the adjacent tooth to keep it from falling out. He had a very destructive bite pattern, which required Orthodontic Treatment to correct the malpositioned teeth.
After Orthodontic Treatment the bonded broken down tooth was removed and an Immediate Dental Implant was placed.
After a short healing period of ten weeks, a Porcelain Crown was placed on the Dental Implant, utilising a Customised Gold Abutment, the gumline areas were shaped to give a natural emerging tooth shape.
