This older Gentleman had a loose baby tooth that he had retained for over 50 years because his adult tooth never developed. Eventually this tooth became loose, and because healthy strong teeth are a priority, it was replaced with a Dental Implant.
The Tooth was removed at the first visit, and an Immediate Dental Implant was placed. A partial Denture was used to cosmetically fill the space during the 12 week healing period, before the final customised gold abutment and Porcelain Crown were made.
