This Gentleman had worn a denture to replace his front teeth for many, many years. After an initial Dental Implant Consultation it was decided to remove the need for a denture by placing dental implants and a porcelain bridge.
Three Dental Implants were first placed, while he was able to continue wearing his denture during the three month healing period.
After three months, a provisional plastic bridge was placed to ensure correct contours and cosmetic postiioning of teeth, then after correct shapes were verified and the patient was happy, the final five-teeth porcelain bridge was created and screed permanently on the dental implants.
No more denture! Just beautiful, healthy teeth!
