This Gentleman had his lower front teeth root canal treated many, many years ago after a severe knock to the teeth. Subsequently over time, these teeth structurally broke down, and split into pieces, causing severe infection in the jaw structure.
The three bad teeth were removed and replaced with two dental implants and a Porcelain Bridge to replace the three teeth. The other front tooth had a porcelain veneer to correct its bite position
