Spaced Teeth - Patient One - Laserbrite™ Teeth Whitening, Porcelain Veneers
This young lady had large spaces between her front teeth with an old redundant crown on the upper Left Central Incisor. Grinding damage to the front teeth had created unattractive square central incisors. The Gumlines above the central incisors were too low due to a condition termed “altered passive erruption.”
This ladies treatment was performed in stages and involved:
(a) Mild Gumlift above the Central incisors to create gumline co-ordination/symmetry and increase apparent tooth length.
(b) The “Diastema” spaces between teeth were closed and the “between teeth” size progression was created by three Empress Pressed Porcelain Veneers and three PFM Porcelain Crowns which were carefully designed to spread the extra space over all the six front teeth.
