Spaced Teeth - Patient Four - Dental Implant, Gumlift, Laserbrite™ Teeth Whitening, Six Porcelain Crowns
This Gentleman had old crownwork on his front teeth which had poor shape and size co-ordination. At a young age the gentleman, who is now in his fourties, had traumatised the tooth. An x-ray showed that the front tooth on the right side of the picture is undergoing root resorption, and it was decided it was best to remove and replace the tooth before undergoing a new Smile Creation.
The tooth was removed, Bone Grafting placed to preserve bone and gum volume and the teeth one either side were prepared instantly for a temporary bridge during the healing period of the following three months so that the patient was never without a tooth.
After healing a Dental Implant was placed, followed by Laserbrite™ Teeth Whitening of the lower teeth, and a Gumlift was performed to level the front teeth gumlines to ideal.
The Gentleman then had six Porcelain Crowns on the Front teeth to create a beautiful Smile Transformation. The Dental Implant was restored utilising a customised Gold Abutment to achieve correct gum contours.
